HOW DO I CONTACT RUTA?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AND SHIP AN ORDER?
To ensure quality of our customized products, please allow 1-2 days for processing and 5-8 days for shipping. Overall time can range from 6-10 business days.
RETURN POLICY?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receipt of your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please see the below Section for our Refund Policy

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUND POLICY
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@rutawear.com.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED OR LOST?

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We unfortunately will not be allowing order cancellation. However, we do offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund.
SHIPPING ADDRESS:
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct, we may not be able to edit the orders before they're shipped out. Please make sure apt numbers are provided and correct.
EDITING ORDERS:
Please reach out to info@rutawear.com as soon as possible if you need to edit your order. If we have already started processing and shipped your order, we would need to proceed with a product return to edit or issue a refund.
DOES RUTAWEAR HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
RUTAWEAR does not have a physical store as of today, however, we do participate in various pop-up and limited release events. To ensure you are informed of all upcoming events - be sure to follow our instagram at @ruta_wear and TikTok @rutawear.
All other transactions are made online through our website at rutawear.com.
