HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AND SHIP AN ORDER?

Pre Orders

Pre orders will be established for delivery 01/19/2023. To ensure quality of our products please allow 5-8 days for processing and shipping on that date. Overall time can range from 3-5 weeks from the time of pre order.

 

RETURN POLICY?

We accept return of products within 25 days of purchase. Products have to be in their original condition. Please email info@rutawear.com for assistance.

HOW DO I WASH MY LAB COAT? 

Wash cold inside-out, tumble dry low.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED OR LOST?

Please feel free to contact us at info@rutawear.com and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

 We unfortunately will not be allowing order cancellation. To make sure you receive your items ASAP, we will start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel it.

 

SHIPPING ADDRESS:

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct, we may not be able to edit the orders before they're shipped out. Please make sure apt numbers are provided and correct.

 

EDITING ORDERS:

We may not be able to make changes to your order after it is confirmed as our team will have already started processing your order, please make sure the items added are correct and in the correct sizes. We have our size guide in the item descriptions of each item. 

 

DOES RUTA SELL FABRIC?

We do not sell fabric.

 

DOES RUTA HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

Unfortunately not, all transactions are made online thorough our website.

   

WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER ITEM SHIP?

Pre-order items have their shipping date in the description.

If you order has a pre-order item all the items will ship together on the dispatch day of the pre-order item.
